Two years ago, our team consisted of 2 people and in just one year, the number of people increased to 40 ambitious employees! We continue to grow, every day we set ourselves more and more interesting tasks, so we will be happy to join everyone who also wants to develop!
We are looking for a Recruiter 🔥
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in recruitment for IT specialists in international companies, recruitment agencies
Ability to manage full-cycle hiring process (search, select, and headhunt suitable candidates in accordance with the Job Description and Recruitment process)
Experience with sourcing and pre-screening of candidates
Good understanding of the IT job market
Experience in communication with foreign Clients
Advanced level of written and conversational English
Ability to work in a team as well as independently
Good time management skills
Responsibilities:
Source and recruit great talent for our team, following the hiring process defined and conducting screenings;
Pre-screening of candidates
Conducting interviews at all stages
Maintaining a database of candidates
Search, select and headhunt candidates
Conduct HR interviews followed by written and oral candidates' evaluation and presentation
Take part in the coaching of newcomers
Working conditions:
️We work under the conditions of a standard working day from Monday to Friday.
