LOKO is a solution for delivering online orders to automated parcel terminals, with a pilot launched in Kyiv.
The system serves a large number of automated parcel terminals and couriers at the same time and is integrated with the CRM ordering system.
The Challenge
The task was to develop a management system for parcel terminals and integrate it with the CRM ordering system, so customers could pick up or send shipments faster, safer and more economically.
Our Solution
We built a system that manages and services automated parcel terminals: cell locks, cell temperature control, parcel status monitoring and notifications about changes in the delivery process.
The platform tracks the number of couriers, collects statistical data and includes a mobile application for couriers.
