MIMAS is image processing, enhancement and analysis software developed to accelerate inspection and processing of the data.
The Challenge
Based on morphometry analysis and different size/shape methods, we had to prepare software that increases the quality of the inspection and decreases the necessary time, while keeping usability simple.
Our Solution
MIMAS performs particle size and shape analysis, 3D surface model generation and control of cameras, positioning systems, light and lenses.
The 3D measurement functions provide an accurate and detailed profile of any target, and morphometric features can be calculated for particles and defects. Customer- and application-oriented customizations keep the package adaptive.
