Signum is a secure and reliable e-signature service system for businesses and individuals that enables signing agreements and other documents anytime, anywhere.
The Challenge
The task was to create technology for signing and approving all types of documents online, including bank forms, tax documents, insurance paperwork, invoices, contracts, proposals and leases, in compliance with security standards.
Our Solution
We implemented verification based on face recognition that records unique biometric parameters and can determine whether a face is live, so photos cannot be used to access records. Multifactor identification uses face and voice.
With Signum users perform multi-signing of various documents, invite others, send reminders and check signing status. A blockchain-based security system protects smart contracts.
