Map Reports
Residents place a cycling issue directly on the map, with a location the city can trust.

VeloCity Tallinn is a cycling infrastructure intelligence platform built for Tallinn. Residents report issues directly on a map, and city planners get a dashboard to cluster problems, prioritize maintenance corridors, and communicate sustainability impact in one workflow.

Overview
VeloCity Tallinn is a cycling infrastructure platform for the city of Tallinn. Residents report issues on a map, and planners use one dashboard to cluster those problems, prioritize maintenance corridors, and show the sustainability impact.
The product is at alpha, pre-MVP. The first target is a pilot on 2–3 corridors in Tallinn, with a path to Tartu, Riga, and Vilnius.
Reports carry a location, a severity rating, and a photo, so a comment on the street becomes municipal data the city can act on.
The Challenge
Cycling issues reach the city as scattered notes. Planners need them on a map, grouped, and ranked so maintenance follows the corridors that matter rather than the latest message.
The same workflow has to show sustainability impact, including CO₂, so the case for a repair is not only a list of complaints.

Our Solution
Residents submit a geolocated issue with a severity rating and a photo. Planners see those reports clustered, then prioritize the corridors that should be maintained first.
Impact reporting sits in that same workflow, so the city can explain the sustainability effect of the work it chooses.

Key Features
Residents place a cycling issue directly on the map, with a location the city can trust.
Each report includes a severity rating and photo evidence.
The planner dashboard groups nearby issues so a pattern is visible, not a pile of single points.
Maintenance can be ordered by corridor instead of by whichever report arrived last.
The workflow includes CO₂ impact reporting, so the city can communicate the effect of the work.
The Impact
VeloCity Tallinn turns resident-reported cycling issues into municipal data, with corridor prioritization and CO₂ impact reporting. It is pre-MVP, aimed at a pilot on 2–3 Tallinn corridors and a later path to Tartu, Riga, and Vilnius.
