Overview
Weekwize is an AI reporting tool for PR projects. It turns a custom request into a report on how participants spent their time.
The same data can be read as a table, a graph or a comparison, so a request does not lock the team into one layout.
Behind the reports is a model trained for this product, an API that talks to it, and support for more than 75 query formats.
The Challenge
PR teams needed reports on participants' time, but the questions were not one fixed template. People asked in many different formats, and the answer still had to be accurate.
A report also had to be readable in more than one way: a table for the detail, a graph for the shape of the time, and a comparison when two views needed to sit side by side.
Our Solution
We trained a model for this reporting task and exposed it through an API, so a custom request can become a report without a hand-built query for every phrasing.
The product renders that result as a table, a graph or a comparative report, depending on how the team needs to read the time spent.
