Position Objective:

• Represent our company with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings;
• Identify consumer needs and determine how our solutions meet them;
• Achieve company goals through effective planning, setting sales targets, analyzing performance data, and forecasting future outcomes;
• Continuously develop personal leadership, recruitment, and training skills, ensuring the team effectively uses sales tactics to reach profitable goals;
• Generate leads and build and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to expand the client base and increase global reach;
• Meet with potential clients and build long-term relationships by understanding their needs;
• Monitor, analyze, and communicate key metrics and business trends related to partnerships;
• Work effectively to uphold company standards by conducting daily team meetings to set daily goals and regularly monitor progress;
• Manage end-of-month and end-of-year closing processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in IT sales (preferably outsourcing);
• Proven track record in sales, from planning to closing;
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and best practices;
• Experience in setting sales goals;
• Results-oriented with high analytical skills;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• English proficiency at B2-C2 level.

• We operate standard business hours, Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00, with a lunch break from 14:00 to 15:00;
